Michaela Twist, Director of Little Seedlings
Hi! I’m Michaela Twist and I am currently the director of Little Seedlings of Beverly Hills, Grosse Pointe, and Little Acorns of Bloomfield. Previously, I was the licensee at the Beverly Hills location for about 2 years. I started working at Little Seedlings back in 2017 and always came back every summer. During the school year, I taught Kindergarten at Fraser Public Schools for 3 years. In 2021, I made the jump to return to Little Seedlings full time and haven’t looked back since. Outside of Little Seedlings, I enjoy traveling with my husband, reading and playing with our 2 dogs, Nala & Riley.
I just love being a part of the LS community we have worked so hard to build and watching the children learn and grow.
Iman Bazzi, Director of Little Seedlings
My name is Iman Bazzi, and I am currently the director of Little Seedlings of Birmingham, Bloomfield, & Livonia. Previously, I was the licensee at the Birmingham location for over 2 years. Before entering the great community of Little Seedlings, I worked as a lead teacher at 3+ childcare centers. I have over 11 years of experience in childcare. I was lucky enough to begin this path my freshman year of high school when the director of the childcare, which was connected to my high school, offered me an early spot as an assistant teacher since my two older sisters were also her assistants. Working with kids has been a lifelong passion of mine. In my spare time, I love to be active, like biking and going on long walks. Spending time with my friends and family is something super important to me. I am so grateful to be a part of this community and for you to trust us with your precious little one.
Olivia Hack, Licensee at Little Acorns of Bloomfield
My name is Olivia Hack, I am currently the licensee of the Little Acorns location! Before my position here at the Little Acorns house, I worked at the Birmingham location for a little over a year! In 2020, I graduated from Rochester University with my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I absolutely love watching children grow and achieve new things!
Chelsea Keiser, Licensee at Little Seedlings of Grosse Pointe
Hello families! I have been in childcare for 15 years working with kids from infants all the way to 5 years of age. I have been a lead teacher for most of those years. I have a certification in HighScope preschool curriculum as well as many, many hours of training in the early childhood field. I have a passion for watching kids learn and grow, and love that I get to be a part of this very important time in their lives. I’m all about hands on learning and not afraid of getting a little messy too!
I have two little ones of my own. My daughter Crimson is 3 years old and MOSTLY a ray of sunshine. She is smart and kind and very imaginative. My son Cole is 1 and is ALL boy to say the least. We love being outdoors. Whether it’s going for walks,playing at the park or digging in the dirt, if it’s outside we’re all happy.

Kylee Carson, Licensee at Little Seedlings of Beverly Hills
My name is Kylee, and I am the Licensee of Little Seedlings of Beverly Hills! I have always had a passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and build confidence. I am currently finishing my final semester of college, where I am earning my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Before joining the Little Seedlings family, I worked in both childcare and Montessori settings, where I had the opportunity to care for children of various ages and developmental stages. These experiences have helped shape my teaching style and reinforced my belief that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and relaxing with my kitten, Aries.
I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Little Seedlings family, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with each child and family. I can’t wait to help your little ones learn, grow, and create lasting memories together! ❤️
Millie Flinders, Teacher at Little Acorns of Bloomfield
My name is Millie Flinders and I love being a part of the team here at Little Acorns of Bloomfield! I was born in the United Kingdom and moved here in February of 2018. I am currently in college and studying to be in the medical field. In my free time I enjoy going on a run with my dog, spending time with my friends, and getting ice cream.
I have been a babysitter/nanny for many years whether it be for family or friends and it is something I truly love to do. I really enjoy being able to help children learn and grow into their own little person! I find great passion in assisting them on their journey and helping them develop to be the best versions of themselves.

Hi! My name is Megan! I have about 4 1/2 years of professional childcare experience! I worked at an elementary school right out of high school working with kindergarten - 5th grade! I also worked at a daycare center working primarily with infants but I floated to a lot of different rooms as well. I have two cats Chao and Violet! In my spare time I like to crochet, bake, and go on walks. I’m so excited to meet you and your children!!
Madeline Kuerbitz, Teacher at Little Seedlings of Birmingham
Hi! My name is Madeline Kuerbitz! I moved up to Michigan in 2018 from Ohio. I previously worked in a hospital for the last 5 years working with all age ranges and I have a degree in Radiological Technology.
I have an 18 year old step-daughter and 10 month old daughter at home! I enjoy going on walks with my husband, our 3 dogs and our girls, being with family and doing anything outside in my free time. I love being apart of the Little Seedlings family!
Bethany Hargraves, Teacher at Little Seedlings of Bloomfield
My name is Miss Beth! I have been involved in child care my whole life whether it be helping with nieces and nephews or babysitting for families. Seeing children grow and helping them learn and become confident in themselves is something I’m really passionate about! In my free time I enjoy being outside on a walking/hiking trail with my 8 year old chocolate lab, going to the local plant nurseries, going to Red Wings games and being around friends and family. I’m very excited to grow a relationship with all the kids.
Cassidy Perlick, Teacher at Little Seedlings of Grosse Pointe
Hello my name is Cassidy Perlick. I have experience with children for over a decade ranging from youth program leader, assistant teaching in childcare centers and nannying/babysitting. I have built my academic background at Michigan State and Wayne State University as well as other continuing education courses. I am dedicated to furthering my knowledge. I have a passion for aiding young ones in developing their personality and character through creativity and hands on tactile learning. I strive to create a safe space and guide their expression and curiosity as we achieve these building blocks of early development together. It’s my joy to open their eyes to what they can do, build on their confidence and how we can do it as a team with love and positive affirmation. It’s my honor to be part of the Little Seedlings village and I look forward to blossoming your child’s further potential together!
In my free time I find solace in being outdoors~ Anything from flying a kite to forging in the woods or floating in a river! At home you can find me working on something crafty with my kitten, Sobee, at my side or relaxing outside in my hammock near the garden reading. I also love being apart of community events around metro Detroit and enjoy the oppurtunity to try something new or lend a helping hand!

Hi! My name is Karlie! My journey in childcare began long before I joined this wonderful team at Little Seedlings – it started right at home, with a big family containing my 2 wonderful parents and 8 siblings that I helped take care of! Now, I’ve turned that passion of caring for children into my medical studies, aiming to become a pediatric nurse and continue dedicating my time to help children! When I step away from work and school, you’ll often find me curled up with a book, exploring on a walk, or spending quality time with my loved ones!

Madison Smith, Teacher at Little Seedlings of Acorns
Hi my name is Madison or Maddy for short. I’m a teacher here at Little Seedlings. I have many years in childcare between being an RBT (working with children with special needs) and working for other daycares as well! I love working with children and am looking into getting a degree in applied behavioral analysis in the future. Some of my favorite things to do are to travel and be around family and friends!

Christina DelPizzo, Founder of Little Seedlings
Hi! My name is Christina DelPizzo and as a mother of three amazing children (7,10,14), I know the importance of dependable, quality and trustworthy childcare. I started Little Seedlings based on those three pillars and am proud to provide enriching childcare to parents in the community.
My background includes a Masters in Early Childhood Education from EMU, and a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Oakland University.
The continued success of Little Seedlings is due to the amazing team of educators who bring their talent, expertise and passion for childcare to the classroom each and every day. I am so proud that we have been able to create a community where parents feel comfortable leaving their children.
