Little Seedlings is focused on providing enriching experiences for children that enable exploration, discovery, and hands-on learning. We want to help your child increase their confidence, and self esteem by treating them as unique individuals, and allowing them to express themselves in a variety of facets.
We strive to make your child’s time away from home the best experience it can be for them as well as you, the parents.

Our story
When our founder Christina DelPizzo was a second grade teacher, her child's daycare closed suddenly. It felt impossible for her to find quality childcare with an available opening in the Bloomfield Hills area. The stress of finding childcare was so enormous, and such a universal problem amongst the mothers in the area, that Christina decided to turn her home into a licensed childcare. She created a loving environment which she wanted for her own child, and offered the same care to the families in the community.
Before long, Christina had an amazing team of talented teachers, who embodied the same mission of providing nurturing dependable care. Her waitlist was long, and her phone was ringing with desperate mothers looking for quality care for their precious babies.
In 2019, Christina Raffoul (one of our current directors) became the licensee of our Beverly Hills Location. She immediately filled the Beverly Hills home with happy children, laughter, and love! Then came our Livonia/ Northville Little Seedlings location, Little Acorns of Bloomfield, Little Seedlings of Birmingham, Little Seedlings of Grosse Pointe, and most recently Little Seedlings of Berkley.
